When Tia was 10-year-old, she already started eating and drinking for the first time after overcoming unexplained reluctance to food. For the first decade of Tia life, she receives all essential nutrients through a tube. Tia, who was born three months early with the problems of esophagus and stomach, has spent most of her first year in hospital. Attempted to find a cure, mother Sue drastically sent Tia to Austrian clinic dedicated to diseases suffered by Tia. There, Tia hunger for 3 weeks, but it has very little effect, except in order to leave her painfully thin and ill.

When they are in England, they were met by a specialist in Birmingham, which tells sue to give an offering to Tia less food and gradually introduce new flavours to Tia.
And now Tia menu consists of yogurt for breakfast, a half cans of soup for lunch, followed by taking custard or ice cream for dinner. Mrs. Sue now hopes the next menu for Tia is rice pudding. Next, Tia now admits she is concerned about how she developed into lumpier food.
But for now Tia still do not enjoy the experience of eating and still require nutrients and calories to be pumped directly into the stomach at night, but Mother sue hope that eventually Tia will be less reliant on that method.
